5.4 Bonus Abuse
If a user creates multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engages in any manipulation, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

- Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial means
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error or loophole in the platform

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, 77 jaya reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure

7.2 Permanent Closure
If a serious breach of the terms, fraud or evidence of deception is found, the account may be permanently closed. In such cases, all bonuses and any winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited.
